Equality Arizona

Are You Experiencing Discrimination?

If you are the victim of discrimination at work, at school, or in our community, contact us today. We can explain your rights and help connect you to the right people.

Know Your Rights

Equality Arizona is the only statewide advocacy organization for the LGBTQ community. We provide information to the community about important issues and connect individuals to useful resources in our local area. We let people know their rights, and we help them fight for equal treatment.

We are Here for You

It takes a whole community to move the bar forward. EQ AZ is on the front lines of our fight for full and equal legal protection for every Arizonan. That means fighting for legislation that will expand and protect our rights – YOUR rights. It also means being there to help anyone who needs it. The LGBTQ community faces unequal and unjust treatment every day. We are the first stop to helping you.

From responding to individual calls for assistance, to signing on to the lawsuit challenging Arizona’s ban on same- sex marriage, we advocate for equal rights and treatment for every Arizonan, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity. Our Board Members and volunteers assist in responding to calls for help and connecting each resident of Arizona with the resources they need.
